Kasim Khan

Kasim graduated from the SOAS University of London with an LLB (Hons). After graduating, he undertook the BTC at BPP University Holborn alongside an LLM, achieving a Very Competent.

Crime

Kasim both defends and prosecutes, appearing regularly in the Magistrates and the Crown Court. He has undertaken and accepts instructions in a range of work, including trials, committals for sentence, appeals against conviction and sentence, and probation breaches. Kasim is a Grade 1 CPS Prosecutor.

Family

Kasim is also regularly instructed in both public and private matters and enjoys a broad range of family practice.

Civil

Kasim also undertakes a range of civil work, such as small claims arising out of road traffic accidents,  and infant settlement approval hearings. He is regularly instructed to both oppose and make civil applications in the magistrates’ court, such as Sexual Risk Orders, Stalking Protection Orders, and Sexual Harm Prevention Orders.
