Amy has a strong family practice in private and public children law cases. She is regularly instructed to act on behalf of parents and is skilled in representing vulnerable adults and adults with learning difficulties. Amy also represents guardians drawing on her knowledge from having previously represented local authorities, which gives her a thorough understanding of all proceedings and the needs of each individual lay or professional client.
Known as a fair but fearless advocate, Amy is always prepared to ‘fight the corner’ for whomever she represents, from case management through to complex fact findings and final hearings. Amy is adept at getting straight to the heart of the issues, providing clear and realistic advice to clients and striving to achieve the best possible outcome in any case.
