Danielle joined Devon Chambers as a pupil in October 2018 and accepted an offer of tenancy with Devon Chambers commencing in October 2019.

Danielle was called to the Bar in 2016, having achieved an ‘Outstanding’ in the BPTC at the University of the West of England. She was awarded the University of the West of England Tutors’ Prize for Outstanding Contribution whilst on the Bar Professional Training Course. Danielle completed a common law pupillage with a focus on family law under the supervision of Sally Daulton.


Danielle now has a busy family practice accepting instructions for both public and private children law matters and applications under the Family Law Act 1996 Part IV. Danielle has experience at all stages of proceedings, representing parents, Guardians and the Local Authority. She also accepts instructions in financial remedy proceedings and has dealt with cases at all stages from First Appointments to Final Hearings.​


Danielle appears in the Crown Court for the Defence, CPS and Probation Service where she is instructed in breach hearings, bail applications, and appeals against sentence and conviction. She also regularly prosecutes on behalf of the CPS and has represented defendants across the South West, dealing with a wide variety of offences and hearings.


Before coming to the Bar, Danielle worked as a Freelance County Court Advocate across County Courts on the Western Circuit. She was regularly instructed in civil litigation proceedings, which included representing clients in small claims trials, case management hearings, mortgage possessions, landlord and tenant disputes, infant approval hearings and various applications under the CPR. Danielle continues to accept instructions in these areas and regularly advises on the prospects of success and quantum. Danielle is also an ADR-ODR international accredited civil and commercial mediator.
