Article by Russell James published in Landlord and Tenant Review

Russell James of Devon Chambers is the co-author of an article entitled "Landlords - Discriminate at your peril", which considers the case of Aster Communities v Akerman-Livingstone [2015] UKSC 15, published in the most recent edition of the Landlord and Tenant Review. Russell represented Mr Akerman-Livingstone at all stages of the case - from the County Court to the Supreme Court.
