The Regulatory and Disciplinary Team is supported by our Clerking Team which works hard to ensure they provide a truly comprehensive service and will be happy to discuss your case with you to ensure it is undertaken by the appropriate barrister with the correct level of expertise and experience. Our barristers work hard to identify sensible and robust solutions to legal problems at an early stage.

Many of the Regulatory and Disciplinary Team undertake work, in appropriate cases, through the Direct Public Access Scheme.

If you require anything further please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Clerking Team.
